With schools in over 120 countries, the CIS community serves an incredibly diverse group of students and families. There is diversity in terms of a range of identity characteristics including (but not limited to) nationality, language, curriculum, religion, ethnicity, gender, physical ability, educational and mental health needs, and cultural norms. All suggestions for speakers should take this diversity into account and consider how their topic of expertise might look different in different communities.
